Brian Goldman

Associate


Brian Goldman is an associate in O’Melveny’s Tokyo* office and a member of the Transactions Department. Brian's practice focuses on several areas of corporate law, including cross border M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity.  He has also been active in the areas of technology licensing, real estate, global antitrust issues and other general corporate matters. 

Brian is also involved in pro bono legal work, including support for refugees seeking asylum in Japan.
