Brooks Elected to Board of Directors of Appleseed Foundation

O’Melveny Washington, DC partner Brian Brooks has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Appleseed Foundation, a national non-profit organization with 16 public justice centers in the United States and Mexico.  Founded in 1993 by members of the Harvard Law School Class of 1958, Appleseed's mission is dedicated to building a society in which opportunities are genuine, access to the law is universal and equal, and government advances the public interest.

 

Other Appleseed directors include: Stephen M. Cutler, general counsel of JP Morgan Chase & Co.; Timothy Mayopoulos, general counsel of Fannie Mae; and Richard Ketchum, chairman and CEO of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
